Pros

Most likely you will get overtime hours. You will be given a manifest, but, it can change at any moment throughout your day. Expect add ons and long hauls from Gilbert to Sunshine.

Cons

Your shift is not set in stone. Pickups and drop offs often run into break times. Often, there is not enough time scheduled between runs for rest stops or water stops. You are held captive until your last drop and then fuel time and finishing check-in time is long and hot.

Pros

There are a lot of hours available and the pay is pretty good. There are also good benefits for the family.

Cons

The scheduling of the bus routes was pretty bad. It caused the drivers to be frequently late for pick ups and drop offs

Pros

This job supplies a lot of opportunity. Co-workers are an awesome group to work with in general. You are not confined behind a desk or in a cubicle, which is a plus. An individual can glean a lot of lessons from the passengers you encounter during your shift.

Cons

May have to work incompatible schedules at times.
