Management is horrible. Supervisors aren't trained properly. Nothing is done about their bad behavior.

Horrible company, terrible training, bidding for shifts, very inexperienced line supervisors.

Schedule can be difficult if you have a younger-aged family. But if you have support, the sky is the limit. Schedule can be difficult to find time to eat during the day. You have to manage your time, efficiently, and know yourself well.

Supervisors are truly unfair allowing some drivers to break rules

Drama amongst supervisors, hours cut constantly, management could be better, they don’t like people who speak their mind.

management are awful , promise everything deliver nothing. no management skills at all, bad shift patterns, awful culture being set by transdev managers and supervisors, toxic environment , Their autonomous vehicle client Waymo should be very concerned, Transdev management should be ashamed to call themselves managers.

I genuinely dont even know where to begin. I can start by saying that Transdev Alternative Services was one of the most toxic workplaces I had ever experienced in my life. Many of the AVOSES quickly became populated by peoples immediate family, this was well known in the department. If you were not apart of their family you were never getting a pay raise or promotion. When Covid hit, Transdev paid off doctors to hold seminars on getting vaccinated and began to harass those who had medical documentation from doctors declaring the health hazard for them. I had personally been denied about 13-18 times (you are reading that right) for promotions because of my doctors note. It had even gotten so bad at transdev that my operations supervisor got a coworker pregnant and promoted her over me even though her qualifications were laughable. This was known by HR who turned a blind eye. If you wanted to request a vacation day off you were required to submit the request 2 months in advance. I cannot stress enough just how badly run and managed this place was. Felt like I was apart of a circus. Dont walk, Run.

Bad pay, route software, and management.

No retention of supervisors. Paid lower than other local contracts by at least 7 dollars per hour. Cheapskates!!!! If you’re working a 12 hour day and the command center calls you a half hour before your clock out time - company expects you to take these calls and work the overtime necessary to rectify the call. That’s sometime 3-4 hours after your scheduled departure time. Lame!!!!
