Management lacks empathy and Asst.GM is a bully that puts employees against each other and if you don't click with her favorites, your harassed, intimidated, put down. The GM just brushes everything under the rug and lets her bully everyone. She tries to have accidents covered up to protect the company and not the riders.

The day before I became apart of this company. The workplace culture appears to favor individuals who align closely with leadership and engage in unprofessional workplace dynamics, which may not suit those who value collaboration and integrity. Additionally, there were concerns regarding how inappropriate conduct was addressed, which could be improved to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment. I admired the mere confidence in the level of courage management would speak in the absence of knowledge.

Cons

My experience reflected limited professionalism and left me with concerns about the company’s credibility. I was unable to identify any positive aspects of my experience, as management appeared disengaged and unresponsive.
