Pros
There are very few pros one however is the fact that the drivers are so beaten down they tend to stick together
Cons
Long hours sometime lunches are disregarded because supervisors are too lazy to fill in for drivers who have left to pursue better opportunities. Poor health benefits (a family of 4 cost you nearly an entire months pay) 6 day work weeks throughout the year. No upward mobility. No work life balance with 75% of schedules having split off days
