You get to meet a lot of good people. The good people really make you appreciate what you are doing for the community.

Cons

No matter what the situation is everything bad is your fault. The customers rely so much on that schedule, instead of making better preparation.

Money not too bad but not what it should be

Cons

Awful shifts mostly splits,you will usually work 5 or 6 out of 7 days, including saturdays and sundays with no penalties. a typical week of splits will be spread over 12 and upto 15 hrs per day, but you will only be paid 6-7or8 hours per day, but you cant get on with anything else. Management is not good, showing little respect or consideration to drivers. I'm over transdev, and have moved on.
