Pros

Benefits, training for job employment,

Cons

Can have conflicting views from different departments causing problem to reach a goal. This can be more or less depending on location of operation. They also have a tendency to add programs but not taking away one that conflict.

Pros

While I did not favor this company, it was a decent, steady job that allowed me to provide for myself and family.

Cons

Low starting pay, with poor training. New Bus Operators are often required to operate bus routes that they have not been trained to operate.

Pros

This job has an excellent CDL training program that has no contract in place so you have freedom to drive elsewhere the moment you obtain your license.

Cons

Racist climate, no advancement opportunities, management is new and not on the same page, payroll makes a lot of mistakes, very unapologetic about management errors. Unethical company all around even HR regional directors are rude and unprofessional about handling issues. Southwest region does not follow same company policy at all, seems as if everyone is just winging it, and employees suffer very badly.
