      Pros

      Manager of the Department is good very nice to her peers

      Cons

      the training is awful you have three weeks of side by side training. During the training you are yelled at if you are a mature age you are constantly reminded of your age which is discrimination this company works with the people whom have disabilities after they set reservation they talk about the clients.

      Pros

      I work 3 days a week with 4 days off which allows me an opportunity to take care of personal matters.

      Cons

      I work 12 hours a day which leaves me physiclly exhausted. They consistently deny time off including vacation I earned. Management gives directives to suspend bus drivers for infractions they could coach & council (a conversation) not suspensions.

      Large company with average benefits, many opportunities to move around the country if desired. Better structure and management than their competitors.

      Cons

      Average pay, minimum raises if your're lucky. Highly competitive transportation market with low profitability margins and 3-5 year contracts which causes job instability.
