Communication: At times, communication between management and employees could be better. Clear and consistent communication channels would help in addressing any concerns or questions effectively. Workload: Paratransit operation can be demanding, especially during peak hours. There were instances when the workload felt overwhelming, requiring operators to manage their time efficiently.

The regional leadership is not willing to make the hard decisions needed to move this business in the right direction. They overwork employees and the leadership have unreasonable expectation for one person, in charge of one division on one shift to now run the business 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. They go home and don't give the work place a second thought because they expect one person to be available 24 hours a day. There is no home work mix here and apparently they are expecting work without pay sort of thinking.

Work long hours from ten to sixteen hours a day.
