The runs every day weren't the same starting and ending time. Different route every day. Good luck having weekends off without having a 5 hour split shift. Or working after midnight when all the drunk people are out. There's always a day where a passenger will give you problems. High stress the first few years until you develop numbness to angry people. I was a very outgoing person who loved to interact with just about anyone. After 15 years, started at 25, I absolutely 💯 percent don't want to deal with anyone ever again.

13 hour spreads (time at work) for 9 hours pay, six days a week, and you're only day off expected to come in for monthly safety meetings. No time for family, doctor's appointments; extreme fatigue with high rist of falling asleep and having an accident. Senior drivers scared to protest conditions, therefore Union doesn't stand strong against company abuse of mandatory overtime.

Terrible chain of command, favoritism,

Open 24 hours but they make it worth it
