Decent pay, seniority system. Not many pros…

Cons

Filthy buses (I’ve seen rats and cockroaches on the bus), too many breakdown. 5 toilets for over 400 staff in Doncaster. If you’re casual they will force you to work 6 days and if you say no - then there is no work for at least a week for you. Have to book in your leave at least 10 months or more in advance. Your pay can be 2 or 3 days late if there was even 1 public holiday in the week you’ve worked.

great pay, decent benefits, easy-ish work, relaxed environment (for the most part) was an amazing place to work before covid

Cons

mediocre management and HR is a nightmare to get a hold of for any reason (especially if you work graveyard shift like me) vaccinations are mandatory
