Sydney traffic, some late nights (which can be nice, less traffic)

Low pay, no management, no advancement, no training, no leadership, different message from different members of the so called management team, do not listen when concerns are brought up, you can not do your job & not get fired or spoken to.

Other bad drivers, not obeying rules of the road.

working under supervisors who aren't qualified to make critical safety calls, who end up sending buses out, with faulty brake valves, steering faults, etc. (supervisor wasn't a mechanic of any stripe, who at times removed "Safety lock out" tags, to send vehicles into "traffic" while still being faulty; all to meet KPIs and "peak demand")

Mad shifts.. weekend work. Hard to get last min days of

Overall poor upper management, large and annoyingly bureaucratic organization

The starting pay, the clients unnecessary meddling along with unrealistic goals causes high turn-over

Working in transport can sometimes be stressful, shift work required for most operational positions.
