Rude dispatchers in OCC! At time very hectic in downtown dc no where to use the restroom

They do not respect the right of workers to their rest,in violation of article 24 of Universal Declaration of Human Rights,even when they given routs,just they put the workdays,they do not put the days off,making clear with the greatest impudence,that the days of rest,belongs to the company. They deceive the workers that they will get the passenger endorsement,and after nearly a year,none of that is mentioned. They hide behind an alleged agreement with the union to violate the rights of the a group and grant rights to another group,as a privilege,so discriminating without privileges. Blatantly violate rights,pushes the new workers to resign,thus creating a rotating cycle of human resources to continue and/or grow in the business of training,making a lot of money with it....
