Little to none, if we didnt gret along with anyone it would be a simple get over it and move on.

Expect to put in long hours and do not expect to receive very much training if you are in a management role.

No pay raises in two years. No cost of living increases. Caps on L bands (rungs on the ladder), Promotions are biased. Most of management lack social skills and come from alternative backgrounds, not business backgrounds. Hostile work environment. This place is truly a horrible place to work, and morale has been in a steady decline over the years. Company is unable to navigate money drying up from the Waymo contract.

Horrible management always micromanaging and never listens to employee feed back toxic work environment alway rewarding the bad employees and treating the good employees like trash

No communication, coercive leadership style, no one is on the same page, hostile work environment

While they did not do anything out right illegal, the gaslighting was over the top. The VP did not want emails expressing questions or concerns. As she would say..."If she said that something didn't happen, then it didn't happen." I was yelled at when I was injured inside the building and filled out workers comp paperwork. And it all went down hill from there. The mind games, the "I never told you to do that" and full court press to pressure me to quit. Which I ended up doing. Don't work there unless you want an unhealthy work environment.
