Pros

Exciting job. You'll work on a variety of projects and learn a lot of new, unexpected skills. A lot of cool employee benefits

Cons

You will indeed work a lot. They tend to say YES to everything the client wants, even though it will put a lot of pressure on their employees. They are a bit stingy with remote work

Pros

A sweet spot for young professionals working in the field of Machine Learning/Natural Language Processing located in an amazing complex of villas in the EUR area. While finding a deep-tech position in Rome can be challenging, you can find an amazing team of young professionals and a fun place where to work. Most of the people are Italian but you will face no difficulty as the level of English is very high!

Cons

Translated embodies the 'Italian mindset' in many ways, characterized by a tendency to seek improvement at a very gradual pace, akin to many companies in Italy. Additionally, the company operates with a startup mentality internally, which can reduce bureaucracy in some instances; however, decision-making remains predominantly centralized.
