      Pros

      Good place to start a career in tech. TL hires people without college degrees, and promotes from within. If you show initiative its not too difficult to get a junior developer job here without degrees or prior experience. Laid back atmosphere, great coworkers, especially if you are into geeky stuff.

      Cons

      Pay is sometimes below average for the technology industry. generous paid sick time and vacation though.
