There is no reason to work for this employer, no incentives, communication and / or integrity

Cons

The lead management are acting lazy and don't communicate with their part time employees. They make part time employees work as full time and add more tasks with no incentives or benefits. They don't let any engagement or feedback from the part time employees and no access to actual company's resources at minimum the time sheet to track the hours of the employee.

Pros

Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The work can be fully remote, which is great. Management is very flexible and understanding with employee needs.

Cons

It doesn't seem like there are many opportunities for upward movement in the company, since everyone who works there has been working there for so long. (Probably because everyone is so happy with the company, which is great, but means it's difficult to get a promotion and move into a higher position since none are available.)

Pros

Good place to start a career in tech. TL hires people without college degrees, and promotes from within. If you show initiative its not too difficult to get a junior developer job here without degrees or prior experience. Laid back atmosphere, great coworkers, especially if you are into geeky stuff.

Cons

Pay is sometimes below average for the technology industry. generous paid sick time and vacation though.
