Pros

Great working atmosphere, very diverse and friendly co-workers. Very interesting mission. It should be better known, and has potential for being a serious contender.

Cons

Management doesn't have a good strategy for the company, focusing on a single target market. Lack of risk diversification and product innovation results in random periods of job destruction.

The people are all very friendly and its a relatively stress free job

Cons

Its low paying, the work is repetitive to the point of being mind numbingly dull, and there isn't many transferable skills that you can pick up.

Pros

Self directed testing, rarely will people watch over your shoulder. Not too many meetings or time wasted as a tester, left to just do your work

Cons

Very little vertical movement, and very few raises. Government contracts fell through about 3 years ago, and about half of the company was laid off, and despite effort to move away from those contracts, we are exactly in the same spot now. So as long as those don't fall through, the company has a very low risk of layoffs
