Pros
If you have ideas that will better the company, speak up! You'll be heard. Majority of the Senior Leadership Team genuinly care about the employees at TRC. Most are very personable. My experience is (typically) if you work hard you'll be recognized/appreciated. The PTO benefit is out of this world! If you're resistant to change then TRC will not be a good fit for you. TRC is always changing, always improving, always going 100 mph. The insurance and 401k plans are excellent thanks to a new CHRO working FOR the employees.
Cons
Often times frustration stems from lack of communication. TRC has undergone numerous management changes in the past 3 years, which has resulted in many disconnects between employees, management, and even processes and responsibilities. While many hard working employees are recognized, just as many are being pushed into a role that they aren't happy with which ultimately results in an asset loss to TRC when those hard working employees find employment elsewhere. To avoid this, make your voice heard in terms of what direction you want your career to take.
