Pros

I literally cannot name one good thing about this office. They’re even cheap on the snacks and track how many you’ve had for the day.

Cons

Terrible culture. Company cares more about saving money than retaining good employees. Allows brokers to treat support staff with utter disrespect and lets harassment slide no matter how many times you bring it up to management. Harassment is totally cool here as long as you’re an hourly employee. You will never have a career in this company unless you want to be a broker. You will feel belittled, not important, and treated like garbage here.
