This is the most unstable place I have worked at. This company bulid on nothing be lies, every since this company was sold to tsi it has change for the worst. I can write a list of how horrible they treat their employees. So I'll write 3 major ones, 1.upper management is so racist to the point where even other white collectors are starting to notice how bad they treat the black collectors,if your black collector in your not hitting goal they will fire you in heart beat,but let you be a white collector they will just move you to another department . I seen them write black collectors up for attendance issues but you also have white collector who have attendance issues too, but yet only time you see them in the office is when its bonus time. 2. The level of disrespect in this place is unheard of. I have seen upper management and supervisors yell in make rude comments towards collectors on the collections floor the things I have heard some of them say to some people is just right down nasty i can only imagine the kind things they say to people behind close open.oh please don'tdefend yourself cause that might end your employment there or upper management telling the supervisors to black ball you. 3. The lack of communication. In collections there is always change that happens, but unfortunately at this place they never notify you about the changes they made or their client made until you failed a call, the rules are if you fail a call they will take a portion of your bonus check in you can't do nothing about it.
