The company doesn't help their employees and don't give them the importance they deserve.

Pros

Work from home, but depends on which lob you're assigned. Nothing much of pros in this company really. Just a timely payroll.

Cons

The company don't offer any yearly salary raise. Unable to reach the HRs on a timely manner. No care for their employees. Power tripping management. It's always the agent's fault and not the system. If you want to work from home you have to comply on the requirements which it should all be under your expenses.
