The company hides behind the Independent Contractor model. Managers threaten to terminate reps if they don't do comply with ALL their expectations. Reps are talked down to, called names, harassed, ridiculed and forced to listen to managers make inappropriate sexual comments about female reps and female clients. Reps who speak out are terminated and complaints are swept under the carpet by VPs. People only do what they are allowed to do. Transworld Systems has known of this type of activity but has done nothing. Turning the blind eye has allowed managers to do what they want and makes them think that there is nothing wrong with their behavior. Many good reps have left the company because of managers who only care about building their own book of business.

In collections you have people screaming at you because they are in debt. You have to put that aside, it's not your fault that people don't pay their bills.
