Terrible training terrible management low pay . You are micro managed everyday . Stressful even by supervisors who don’t care. It’s a dead end job I cared more about my mental health than this crappy job.

Cons

Most, not all supervisors are horrendous. Apathetic, unhelpful and have no knowledge of the job that you’re performing. Customers can be challenging so having a good supervisor who supports you is a must. But they are few and far between.
