Pros

You are in control of your own success, there are many great tools available, free access to office and great support available.

Cons

They depend on new hires coming in and doing all the work. They are inspired with the illusion that they can come in and start earning a good living right from the start. The reality is that it is possible,but, the chances are about the same as the chance of winning the lottery. It takes time to build up accounts and even then the money is not that good.

they will work with your schedule as needed.. and liberty to work from home... can be easy to make money if selfmotivated.

Cons

it you dont put in the time you will no make money... it is full commision based job. it can be overhelming.

Pros

freedom to make your own hours. Product is very good, lots of evidence to prove its worth. Customer support center pretty good

Cons

You get trained in pieces. The training when provided is good, but they really just want people to go out an knock on doors, and if you have some success then, they will invest more time in you. There are small start up costs, you are not given any materials until that is paid.
