Pros

Plenty of opportunity for travel (if you like that sort of thing). Good bonus payouts and benefits. Laptop provided for every employee.

Cons

Open workspace environment offers plenty of distractions and interruptions... rarely results in increased collaboration. Too much focus on billable hours makes for a stressful work place.

Pros

- Competitive starting salary - Full, comprehensive benefit plan - Open concept floor plan yet quiet atmosphere - #1 company in the industry - Many teams are under staffed, so lots of opportunity to take on new responsibilities

Cons

- Things move slowly at Trapeze (could be a pro or con depending on what you're looking for) - Promotions/raises are hard to come by, so there is a lot of turnover - No interaction with upper management - Industry-standard technologies are not used (company would rather develop their own, which doesn't translate well to other jobs in the future)

Good pay. Small network/industry makes it easier to establish and develop long-term relationships. And the company has a strong market share and name recognition.

Cons

While the company has a dominant market share, it is often viewed negatively by its customers and perceived by them as difficult to work with. Trapeze is a relatively mature company in the industry and there seems to be less passion and excitement about its future in terms of product innovation. The company also struggles to maintain any kind of culture or cohesion among employees, making it at best disorganized, but sometimes downright hostile and uncomfortable to employees.
