Software suite is a hodge-podge of disjointed products that don't work together. Software is outdated, and competition has surpassed Trapeze Most of the developers have been let go, so enhancements and fixes are extremely slow to materialize Compensation is poor Career advancement opportunities are scarce 401k Employer contribution is basically non-existant
