Pros

Employees at Trapp Technology truly care. My coworkers work hard, help when needed, and go above and beyond each day. Working on a team is something I look forward to. Managers at Trapp are positive and innovative, always looking for a better way to do something. Executives are welcoming, knowledgeable, and with the new additions of leaders to this area my confidence in the company is soaring. For 2018, the company announced an amazing improvement to an already good package of health benefits. They lowered prices even more for employees, having the company pay more out of pocket. There is also 401k Match, Flexible Scheduling, paid holidays (at least 10), Employee of the Quarter rewards, monthly fun work events...

Pros

- The company encourages collaboration between departments - significant leeway is given to work without micromanagement - generous company holidays and PTO - 100% employer paid med/dental/vision for the employees - casual work environment/flexible work hours -CEO rewards hard work, especially in times of crisis - executive management is friendly and does not hide in offices - access to covered parking structure

Cons

open workplace- everyone is in cubicles except for C-Suite Midtown location can be a hassle

Pros

Great people, attitude, and environment. It can be challenging, but the good kind that makes vision into success. You like to coast along, this company is not for you.

Cons

Communication and micro-management. They recently added a CIO position. I initially was excited-- but soon became disillusioned with how truly inept this person is. He's a marketing guy wearing a techie hat. Doesn't listen (he's too high up the chain), pushes his opinion-- and you begin to realize: This guy doesn't know what he's talking about. I hope he grows into it because otherwise he's dead weight. They will succeed to spite him because of the people.
