Mismanagement,Mismanagement,Mismanagement,Mismanagement... I worked for a small team that worked face to face with clients. As I was working there I gave everything I could to the company. When someone else would screw up and I would fix it they would blame me just as much as the person that broke it. I took on projects which were outside of my job duties. There were favoritism and little communication on how to improve. You work hard and receive no reward. My direct boss had a favorite and the focus wasn't there. The office politics were off the chart without there being any need.
