Pros

Wonderful and friendly work environment with plenty of support, guidance and recognition. Great home/life balance for those with children. Generous PTO and 401K match. Reasonably good health benefits that company managed to keep cost down through the years. Upper management truly cares for the employees, which is why many stay for over 20 years.

Cons

Health benefits could be better.
