      Pros

      I love the family style work place that has been crafted. Great opportunity to learn new accounts and roles are presented often.

      Cons

      You move with the demand. What you’re doing today may not be what you’re doing tomorrow, so you have to be flexible. Can be tough during busy season as you’re getting pressure to take more calls while maintaining accuracy. Easy to slip between the cracks when working virtually.

      Pros

      TI is a great place to work! There is truly a supportive, family atmosphere within the company with a focus on providing the absolute best service to our customers. Good pay, 401K match, healthcare benefits, PTO, additional PTO to volunteer at your favorite charity, and great work-life balance.

      Cons

      When major storms hit and the airlines have mass cancellations, TI uses crisis teams and an "all hands on deck" policy. This allows our clients to get the support they need when they are faced with travel disruptions, but it can be very busy for the travel consultants. Such is the ebb and flow of the travel industry!

      Great benefits an open door policy with upper managements, who listen to your ideas. An innovative company that helps to make Travel Inc a company first in the industry.. I highly suggest people look into this company as a place to work.
