      Pros

      A really great place to work. Pleasant office environment, everyone was friendly and easy to get along with. There is a real emphasis on quality of life, and management is very understanding of family priorities. I was trained by well organized and articulate people- so important! They went at my pace and let me ask questions and take notes, so when I actually had to work I felt it was that the protocol was clear. I felt very comfortable asking for help. I would still be there if I was not going back to school.

      Pros

      I have been with Travel Inc for almost 20 years. A good portion of employees have been here as long or longer than me. I consider my co-workers like family, they're a great group of talented people. Travel Inc offers the opportunity for advancement, flexibility and promote an open door policy all the way up to Senior Management. They solicit employees' feedback and embrace adopting new ideas to live by an "easy company to do business with" commitment. I am proud to be part of this amazing team.

      Pros

      Offers a very flexible and pro-employee environment, with excellent beginner opportunities. Most employees have been here 15+ years, probably half have been here their entire careers

      Cons

      Adequate but not competitive pay, few growth opportunities. Most employees have been here for 15-30 years, so advancement is rare, as there is never a higher opening.
