      WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN. Management is a joke is all about the company, they dont care about the workers. See these people only pay attention to you when you make an error , never to tell you how good you did even when you do everything possible to do your best. You have to brown nose to get places..

      Pros

      The team of associates is excellent. There is a high emphasis on building rapport between associates and rewarding employees in non-monetary ways for good work. Goals are clear and achievable. Hard work is both recognized and rewarded.

      Cons

      It is difficult to move to opportunities in other areas of business. Working in operations, the front line between the business and the customer, was difficult, and it frequently felt like operations staff/agents were pigeonholed in those roles.
