Pay is good $15 an hour plus PTO

I have seen so many great people laid off it's unbelievable. This company compares revenue to last year when last year they had a great staff that included Trainers, Sales managers and at least 5 CPA'S per brand. Now they laid off everyone. There are no sales managers to help boost sales. We no longer make money for the company. They cut hours which affects our living situations not to mention our families. They just got too much power and not enough care about people who actually did care for this company. They will be out of business soon. Since this company wants to compare sales from last year maybe this company should bring back the team.

They strive to improve and have a good, niche market.

Cons

The client company managers may not be as invested in the service as you are, and have their own things to deal with. Opportunities are around, but you might have to relocate if you're at a smaller location.
