Pros
Generous PTO, love and healthy insurance. Company is Pro Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Very nurturing, supportive, positive culture. Bonuses are good. We get Real raises every year. And We are not micromanaged but given autonomy. There is a great coaching atmosphere. We have job security and are encouraged to grow and develop in our career.
Cons
In a sales role, I wish peer average compensation was prorated for time off. That's a wish list item but I have nothing negative to say about Travelers.
