Pros

I know what is expected of me and there is a strong focus on learning (and actual time devoted to it). The pay is good. and there is great work life balance!

Cons

Corporate Culture is extremely positive, but in certain contexts this can feel forced. Not really a big deal, just an observation.

Pros

Great staff Good benefits for the most part Travelers will pay to send you away for training

Cons

Caseload was extremely unmanageable to the point where taking off would just mean extra work once you returned Claims system was outdated Burnout was real and consistent Training wasn't as precise after Claim Uni. The company expected you to understand new workflows or additions to your job after a quick 30 min meeting filled with slides. A lot of employees felt lost.
