Pros
Employee health benefits are good.
Cons
If you divide the pay by how many hours you must work to stay off the 'lists', you're lucky to be making minimum wage. Upper management aka 2VPs and up are only concerned with numbers/metrics. If ever you tell them no to extra duties or getting deployed, they will stop at nothing to make your life miserable until you quit. Doesn't matter if you have young kids, if it is your month to deploy (and it's mandatory that you sign up once a quarter to deploy), you will only get 24 hour notice to be wherever they need you to deploy to for 2 weeks minimum. Also, if you are signed up for a particular month and it is the last day of the month, you are still deployable. So instead of being deployable 4 months out of the year, it's actually 8 months which makes vacations very challenging.
