Pros
There are some very nice leaders who really care about you as a person. A lot of developmental opportunities. Cafe.
Cons
There needs to be consistency with return to office. It's great that some managers want to be flexible and allow some employees to be in office only 2 days a week (or whatever their informal agreement is), but that same flexibility should be applied consistently for all employees. There should be more diversity training for managers and more training on how to coach employees and how to be compassionate. Lack of diversity in leadership.
