Was able to build a great network Great place to start a career

Cons

The further you move up in the organization the more apparent it becomes that politics trump everything. The majority of current leaders have played roles in the structure/technologies/practices in place and, while these are often out dated, there is not an open minded or forward thinking approach to evolving the business.

This is a financially stable company with a solid reputation in the insurance industry in the United States and growing globally

Cons

The company is old school when it comes to work place flexibility almost like if you work from home you aren’t working. The pandemic proved otherwise. Also not much diversity in the ranks. They are trying to get better
