Great work/life balance, management was always helpful and supportive.

Cons

Does not adjust for cost of living in DC which is just ridiculous. the long training period gets old.

Benefits are good, pay is within industry standards, very competent co-workers, working out of home is great, travel allowances are good, fair amount of flexibility.

Cons

Lack of sufficient training, unrealistic expectations, managers who are so afraid of upper management that they can't be trusted to stick up for their people, Field Managers that don't return emails or phone calls, not a good system for awarding pay raises or bonuses.
