      Decent company, but going down hill.

      Pros

      Generally good people to work with. Benefits from Sabre where great. Casual and very flexible with schedules and working from home.

      Cons

      Legacy systems, that are a maintenance nightmare. The worst part is the current instability with Expedia and Orbitz acquisitions. Developers should be wary.

      Pros

      Lots of great minds. The company is going through many changes but the brand is consistent. Positive work environment

      Cons

      Top down management style. Although management is very accessible and it seems that they are willing to listen and be helpful. Don't expect salary increases. Sabre seems more secure at times but in reality may be more volatile.
