Pros

An amazing and talented group of people to work with. Strong family atmosphere. Reasonably priced cafeteria with a variety of food choices Excellent work/life balance. Good benefits. Good salaries but contingent on your role.

Cons

Rapidly loss recognition and status in the market place resulting in enormous loss of revenue. Very little advertising done to promote brand and the Gnome became non-existent. Social media efforts were poor. Out of touch with new technology.

Pros

There is a great team atmosphere at the San Antonio call center and good leadership. Pay is fair for the work done.

Cons

For an internet company their technology was horrible! If they fixed one thing 3 other programs would go down. Too frustrating for employees. Very top leadership had no idea what the call center teams did or cared to find out.

Pros

While travelocity was in good financial shape, it was a nice place to work at. The travel industry is great to work at.

Cons

IT has been outsourced to expedia, so I guess the company will either die or be absorbed pretty soon.
