Pros

Fantastic work/life balance, great benefits & PTO offerings. Leadership loves what they do and who they work with which makes all the difference in the world

Cons

Time it takes to get something done can be painful, you can have clients waiting on answers for a month before something gets resolved.

Pros

Excellent benefits, great people and it's like family. The work is highly satisfying as we helped customers with their travel needs. Working in Operations we helped the agents with time off requests, attendance issues and scheduled meetings and trainings. We monitored call flow and made adjustments as needed. All satisfying work.

Cons

The future is not bright, so many people have been let go. Loss of the.com aspect is now run by expedia, and that was the cause.

Pros

Incentives all around promoting positive work behaviors and results. Leadership team all came from the floor (some are seasoned and some are new). All have strengths that play off of each other to build the best team in travel.

Cons

Often forgot about at the corporate level.
