      Pros

      I would only suggest taking a job here if you work for Sabre. They seem to be more organized and successful.

      poor leadership, risk-adverse, last-to-market ideas, dated technology, no respect for process

      Pros

      Most of the people are great to work with. They genuinely seem to care about the work, and the customer. Some of the newer technology is being used very creatively. Mid-level management is pretty good, given what they have to work with from on high. Work life balance is good if you stand up for it.

      Cons

      Sometimes, it seems as if decisions are being made by throwing darts at a dartboard. Not much opportunity for career advancement. Tight-fisted with promotions and raises.
