Disappointing

Pros

Flexibility, work/life balance, still has a few good benefits like 401k matching

Cons

No one seems to know what they are doing here. Management makes terrible decisions that cost the company a lot of money day in and day out. No one seems to understand how to go about planning or executing on projects the right way. Constantly chasing the competition as well as "the next big thing" - and the majority of the time they never get there. Oh, and they squish everyone into one floor of one building. The cubicles were never big to begin with, but now they are putting 2 people in each. Parking is ridiculous. They claim to be in the middle of a turn around. I don't see it happening.
