Tough to make a difference

Pros

Travel industry is interesting and travel benefits are nice. Some flexibility in work schedule. Pay and benefits are competitive.

Cons

Office environment is overcrowded and not conducive to productive work. Poor communication between departments, and lack of resources (people and tools) are obstacles to getting things done.

Cons

There is a bit of a management disconnect but they are trying to work on this.
