Pros

Fun place to work. Colleagues are quite friendly and overall pretty easy to get along with.

Cons

Office being in SFO and head office being in Texas, sometimes you are not part of the decision making process.

Pros

Company was fun to work for, good benefits, decent work life balance, good ability to work from home when needed

Cons

Management changed often, if business results weren't met, managers didn't know what to do about it/how to fix.

Pros

Good work Culture, good work life balance, professional management, friendly circles, enthusiastic team members, ability to adapt to change in technology. Thriving for the best.

Cons

Higher Management is confused about the revenue generation methods. Haphazard business decisions, frequently changing approach to problems. Not so much into result based approach rather a profitability centric way of doing things. Blame game at its best.
