Pros

Good Vacation time. Salary not great but ok. Nice People in general.

Cons

Massive layoffs annually and record morale problems make this once glorious company now a distant 4th place in the space. The Gnome alone cannot save Travelocity, It needs smart nimble thinkers to get it to the next level and I don't see much light at the end of the tunnel.

Pros

Get to travel with the company for company meetings in places like Las Vegas, New Orleans and Mexico. Good Pay. Great Benefits. The office tried its hardest to have people get together, mixers and parties but it was an uptight environment.

Cons

Good Management, they meant well.... but were often found too much Over Their Head. Often sparring with Senior Account Managers, those who have been there for 8 years or more... with close ties in leadership. Often losing those matches. The Senior Members of the team seem to cast a mood over the office. A mood of intolerance, back fighting and "telling" on one another . It wasn't a fun place to work, the office always seemed to trying bring down a member or two of their team. Snake Pit Really.
