Pros

Great place to combine technology and travel experience

Cons

Offices were small and a little old in Toronto. Offices in Dallas were nice. A little micromanaging going around some times... US HQ changed plans to often...

We appreciate the feedback. You understand firsthand the challenges that travelers can face as they explore the world (fortunately rare, but critical when they occur) - and that's why we recently implemented our "Customer 1st Guarantee" team - a dedicated service team that is a rapid response unit for those customers who have issues while in-trip. With this, we hope to turn those customers you describe into lifelong Travelocity champions!
