      Very fun to begin with, but that has diminished over time.

      Pros

      The people w/in the trenches are resilient and have the capability to make things happen. New management is inspiring and is perceived to be able to make travelocity a major player again.

      Cons

      former exec management team made poor decisions that has resulted in a decline in morale and a few good roles have left the organization. decisions need to be made in the context of growing revenue as opposed to just cost.
