Pros

The only TRUE benefit is gaining knowledge about the auto service industry. That's about it.

Cons

- Horrible scheduling. - Management is laughable. - Benefits are a complete joke. - You are basically told to be a robot.

Pros

This company is still fairly new and growing very rapidly, so they are receiving successes. One of the smallest call centers I've ever worked for, so people are always friendly, for the most part. Some of the supervisors and leads are actually interested in helping the team as a whole. The money is incredibly easy, given the type of work that is, and it will of course flow in if you follow everything they tell you to do.

Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing anymore. Outside leadership that has no knowledge of the automotive industry has been hired and it has affected the way new hires are trained as well as the way things are run on the floor. Everything seems to continue to get more and more disorganized as business grows, but it is because they seem so eager to sign on any new client that comes along. This would be great if they could keep enough staff hired. The turnover rate has gotten higher than usual, but the manager does not seem to care as she hoards in new people and "trains" in too short of a time for the new hires to get a chance to be successful. You are setting appointments for over 100 car dealerships, so you have got to keep up with different scheduling rules from each and every store. This is okay, especially if you are very detail oriented, but new rules and changes are spewed in e-mails every 2 minutes and instant messages that all say the same things 10 different ways. You are dealing with people's vehicles, so be ready to handle people constantly being upset with you. I had and continue to have high hopes for this business, but at the rate of disorganization and carelessness that management continues to practice, this could very well crash and burn.
